These focused trainings provide evidence-informed, culturally grounded education centered on Black lactation, Black maternal health, and community-based care.

The B.L.A.C.K. Course has been accepted by the International Board of Lactation Consultants Examiners® (IBLCE®) as a Preferred Provider for the listed Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) program. Determination of CERPs eligibility or CERPs Provider status does not imply IBLCE’s endorsement or assessment of education quality. As a Preferred Provider, The B.L.A.C.K. Course attests that it complies with the WHO Code and subsequent WHA resolutions.

These sessions provide IBCLCs and lactation professionals the opportunity to earn continuing education credits while expanding their clinical knowledge and culturally responsive care practices.
